RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At TH Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below:


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product or different item than what you ordered.
  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • You must provide an unboxing video as proof (video must show the unopened package being opened).
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues or personal preference (e.g., color not as expected).
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Discounted or sale items.

3. Process for Exchange

If your request meets the conditions above:

  1. Contact our team via Phone or Messenger within 24 hours.
  2. Send your order details and unboxing video proof.
  3. Once verified, we’ll arrange the exchange or replacement as soon as possible.

4. Return & Delivery Charges

  • Return courier charges must be paid by the customer, except in cases of wrong or defective items sent by TH Fashion.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; only product replacement or exchange is available.
